Production Associate

Clearwater Spas, a privately held hot tub manufacturer conveniently located in Arlington, WA, is seeking Production Associates to join our team, generally working 32 hours per week. This is a full-time position with overtime as needed based on business needs with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Required Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred experience in drilling, grinding, sanding, and plumbing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and maintaining a high quality of work
• Experience operating small hand and power tools preferred
• Must have an excellent verifiable attendance record
• Will need to be able to work overtime as needed
• Must be a self-starter, reliable, dependable and on time daily
• Must be able to stand long periods of time
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to frequently bend, kneel, reach, stoop, squat, push
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Other duties may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
